The mental chill pill...

While being stuck with time constraints and under quite a bit of pressure with work and life in general, I'm trying to keep myself calm and making an effort not to stress myself out. I'm taking a mental chill pill by opting to:

- take a moment to actually smell the coffee.
- allow the smallest and most random acts of kindness to make me smile.
- write down and list all the chaos happening in my mind.
- go for a walk.
- give someone a hug.
- always remember that the Almighty never gives you more than you can handle.
- breathe,
- cry,
- laugh,
- if need be, to do the above three all at the same time.

2 cents added to the price of eggs:

  1. u can laugh and u can cry.. at will.. both are healthy... each will make u feel better...

    but each time, dnt forget to breeeaaathe :)

  2. i totally identify with your post,
    there's just so much going on in my life and inside my head at the moment that it feels like i wanna break out and go running like something out of a horror movie.

    OH well... *think positive thoughts*

    try reading zenhabits.net , it'll help u in some aspects as well
